As the energy storage industry surges forward with unstoppable momentum, emerging as a pivotal driver of global energy transition, Beijing has become the focal point of worldwide attention in the energy sector. The 13th Energy Storage International Conference and Expo (ESIE 2025), jointly organized by the China Energy Storage Alliance (CNESA), China Energy Research Society, and Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, concluded on April 12 at the Capital International Exhibition & Convention Center in Beijing, China.
Under the theme of “Digital Intelligence Leads Industry Revolution, Energy Storage Drives Energy Transformation”, ESIE 2025 brought together nearly 800 global exhibitors spanning the entire energy storage value chain. It attracted close to 100,000 professional attendees on-site, including senior officials from governmental energy authorities, authoritative power experts from research institutes, grid companies, and power generation groups as well as industry leaders from enterprises across the energy storage value chain. The event recorded a total of 200,000 professional visits and 2,300,000+ online live-stream visits during the exhibition period.

Over 40 forums, including the Energy Storage Leadership Closed-Door Meeting, New Energy Storage and Power Market Forum, and Global Energy Storage Market Trends Forum, focused on interpreting post-implementation impacts of Document No. 136. Discussions centered on policy directions, R&D breakthroughs, and market frameworks, featuring insights from over 100 experts representing national energy authorities, grid companies, power generation groups, universities, and industry leaders.

First Joint Exhibition by Six National-Level Energy Storage Industry-Education Integration Platforms:
